holy shit dude i’m sorry i was clearing out my inbox and realized i never saw this ;^;
but no okay so. i’ve had shattered melodies on my ipod for actual years which makes talking to you kind of hilarious in and of itself to me, i love a lot of the songs on there and it introduced me to a fair few bands that i went on to adore (also i want you to know that the first time i really listened to it was while borrowing my roomie’s ipod and we were sharing headphones and i got to stanley coleman’s songs and we just laughed and laughed and laughed. sometimes i still think about it and chuckle).
but the thing that actually, completely, totally freaks me out about that fanmix is that when i was listening to it, i noticed that the lisa garland song was a dario marianelli song that i already had. so when i went and downloaded it with all the original covers, i saw that that track had a rather familiar image for the cover art. and was hugely flattered that my impulsive YEAH PULLING AN ALLNIGHTER WHY NOT MAKE A ZOMBIE FANMIX urges had any kind of impact on other people who like spookystuff.
my point here is that apparently the horror fandom is very very small?? i don’t know. this kind of thing keeps happening to me. i would ask how to make it stop except that i don’t want it to.
